Gerardo & Tamara Saenz & their children love to share their home, the rainforest, & their farming lifestyle with visitors from all over the world. Gerardo has lived in this region of Costa Rica his whole life and Tamara is a migrant from El Salvador who has a mixed heritage, including familial roots in Costa Rica & the U.S. Tamara learned English growing up and now homeschools her own children in English because she realizes it is a vital personal asset to have in today's world.
